Quick legend:
R - Residential. Generally single family homes. While generally nicer neighborhoods, this is not always the case.
A - Apartments. Anything ranging from little two-story affairs to penthouses. Hotels are also covered by this.
P - Projects. This be the ghetto, yo. This also includes shitty motels.
M - Markets. Anything from a strip mall to major shopping center to a ground-floor retail outlet or bar. These can also cover hotels or motels.

Downtown Anaheim
-The Greater East Asian Tobacco Import Co. - a front for the Pacific Bannermen - leases a new central office in downtown Anaheim, moving the company from Westminster. The new regional manager, and Yellow Banner, Tommy Tulisen, is an import from Mukden.
-The New Afrikan Lioness Army, an affiliate of the Black Panther movement, is now reportedly working with the Pacific Bannermen, after weeks of deliberation between the groups.
-Initially semi-cordial relations between the Bannermen and the Hanguk Chosen go cold. In response to what could be a major conflict, the Thunder Brothers, a til-now defunct hit squad previously utilized by the Banners is tapped for service again.
-With the Hanguk Chosen continually expanding their territory, Rev. Benjamin Heartstone the Third and his Boys agree to work with the Pacific Bannermen.
Anaheim Hills
-The Huangse Men Shrine continues to face considerable pressure to vacate their lot from development companies, who spread rumors of illicit dealings on the grounds. Little do they know, the rumors are actually 100% accurate.
Westminster
-In a major racketeering bust, several members of the infamous Charlie Guo's Honghuzi gang are arrested. The motorcycle gang, part of the Pacific Bannermen organization, is struggling to rebuild its depleted core.
LA
-Burgeoning development continues to displace black residents of South LA, forcing them to move further south into Orange County, or into the desert.
-In a bid to stay relevant, WFNK 'WEFUNK', begins to incorporate New Wave into its playlists. Long-time fans of the station are outraged.
