Not so many to Serenissima, OYID, Orago, and Litos for missing the turn; the latter two haven't been on since signing up, so will be NPC if I don't get a turn this time. Anyone not playing who might want to take their places, let me know.

So to update on the situation - what with an election period and all I've been a bit busier than usual, but fear not, processing will occur. Mostly when I get a free day, which, hopefully, will be tomorrow or Sunday.
