As you all know, evidence of former Governor Jericho's involvement in the Phobos Incident among other crimes has come to light. As of 4:45pm MST, an official warrant for Governor Jericho's arrest and extradition to Baltimore has been issued. While Governor Jericho has fled the city, he will be found, he will be captured, and he will be brought to justice.

Let me address any who may be questioning my appointment as interim governor-general now - Governor Jericho was my boss, and Jordan Jericho was my friend. Some may question how close our relationship was, and how I may not be a fitting replacement. These allegations are politically charged and hold no merit. In both investigations of Governor Jericho's office, I was cleared of any wrong-doing, and there is no other person more qualified to organize Governor Jericho's files and prepare the office for the next administration than the former Administrative Secretary of the 7th Liberty Governor-Generalship.

There is no excuse for the destruction and bloodshed caused by the Redrock PMC at Governor Jericho's order. He has betrayed the trust put in him by the board of the North American Union, the people of Liberty, and the people of his office. We trusted him to provide a brighter future for Liberty One and Mars, but his indictment does not stop us in our quest to bring liberty to this Red Planet.
