Welcome to the Palacio de San Carlos, the current home of the President of Colombia after the last palace was partially destroyed in an earthquake in 1827. Here you can meet with officials of the Colombian government, and undertake any open diplomacy that you wish to engage in.

Following the restoration of relations between Spain and Colombia. The Spanish establish their embassy and offer to act as mediators between Bogota, the Venezuelans, and Ecuador.

They express hope that a common ground can be found between the three and an end to the fighting can be reached.
