Public Actions

In this thread, throughout the turn period certain actions players intend to take will be listed here prior to processing. This will primarily be actions of a significant nature which cannot be concealed. Actions listed here are not considered to have happened until they appear in the World News. Players may also deliberately make use of instructions in their turns or separate PMs to mislead people.
Example:
Listed events will be drawn primarily from turn PMs sent, although players may also send separate PMs directing the GM to make preparations. All actions may be withdrawn or cancelled prior to their appearance in the turn.
Example:
The Warsaw Pact intends to carry out war games in Black Sea.
OPEC nations plan to place a freeze on oil price rises.
The USA prepares to withdraw 1 additional unit from South Vietnam.
Zhou Enlai intends to conduct a diplomatic visit to Afghanistan on behalf of the PRC.
