Indian Militarization Brings Great Concerns

The continent of Asia is currently set afire by foreign imperialism. Southeast Asia smolders under Western bombs. The Middle East is alight with the fires of Zionism and colonialism. Now the Republic of India seeks to start a new infero. Seeking to take advantage of disputes in East Pakistan, the Indian army has increased its size by a third. Additionally it has placed its forces on the borders with Pakistan. Just six years after India and Pakistan last clashed, war appears to again be likely.

The People's Republic of China must stand on the side of Pakistan. India seeks to take Pakistani territory and threaten its very sovereignty. If the developing and exploited nations, come to prey on each other, what hope does the world's revolution have? Furthermore is become a tool of social imperialism. If it is allowed to conquer Pakistani territory, China becomes even more surrounded by the tools of Eastern and Western Imperialism.

This is why we applaud the moves by Chairman Mao to order regiments to move to the border with India. We must show that we are willing to use our great military to stand up for peace. Only negotiations between the people of Pakistan can resolve this conflict, not Indian expansionism.

Diplomatic Breakthrough!

Foreign Minister Chen Yi announced that a breakthrough had occurred in the ongoing crisis in Pakistan in a speech earlier today in Beijing. Minister Chen announced that the government of Pakistan had agreed to Chinese suggestions for a ceasefire in East Pakistan. The ceasefire would create "ceasefire" zones in East Pakistan where armed militia, could safely gather free from government harm. Rebels would cease operation outside of the ceasefire zones.

Chen stated that this agreement was fair, and that violations by either side would bring about justified retribution by the other and international condemnation. The Pakistani government called for neutral observers of the peace. The People's Republic has begun the process of making overtures to the Arab League, the Republic of Turkey, and the Shadom of Iran to provide observers. The People's Liberation Army released a statement saying that they were eager to provide peacekeepers to the area.

Chen warned outsiders stating, "Imperialists should not take advantage of this conflict. If they seek to use this situation to expand their hold, they will witness the wrath of the awakened revolution."

The leadership of the People's Republic is working to get in contact with political organizations in East Pakistan to also ensure they will agree to the ceasefire. If they agree Beijing will host peace talks in the coming months.

Protracted People's War in the Modern Era

The end of the war with India must be deemed a success for the theory of Protracted People's War. Our great army stopped the annexation of Bangladesh by India and preserved the stability of Pakistan. Likewise, it protected the growing Communist movement in East Pakistan. How did the Protracted People's War work in India? By utilize swift maneuvers, our army was able to enter India from an unorthodox angle, bypassing the imperialist fortifications in the Himalayas. Once our army pentrated Indian territory, we set up a revolutionary base area in Assam. The Local population was already supporting us, as the Assamese, Mizo, and Naga all seek liberation against the Hindi Bourgeoisie. With the support of the Local population, we were able to expand outwards. Momentum was on our side. India agreed to peace, as they knew that continued warfare would lead to massive casualties on our side.

Protracted People's warfare can thus be used as by national governments, as much as by national liberators. In future conflicts our opponents should fear us. Our great armies will penetrate their territory. Due to the rightness of our thought, we will win over the exploited Proletariat in our key base. From there, time is on our side.

We urge the workers of the world to wage a people's war. The Palestinian people, Red Factions, and anti-Apartheid warriors are all invited to learn from our successful generals.

Regionalism is the Solution to Imperialism!

The Arab states have recently sought to establish an Arab Commonwealth. China is fully in support of of this move. The world is divided into exploiters and the exploited. The greatest exploiter is the United States of America. Under Brezhnev the USSR has taken steps forward to end its exploitation. However its implicit support of Zionism is a major contradiction it must overcome to return to true Marxist thought. The second group of great exploiters are the states of Europe. The United Kingdom and France continue to possess shadow empires, propping up local rulers who provide them with cheap resources and even cheaper exploited labor. While they no longer rule over most of the globe, they still have bases at key points. The Zionist state is another imperialist.

Faced with these exploiters it is a wonderful development that the Arab Commonwealth has emerged. This organization can work to deny the imperialists access to their markets and resources. We urge this group to engage in revolutionary expansion. The Arab Commonwealth must end the backwards feudalism that still dominates much of the Arabian peninsula. It must take steps to allow the Arab worker to seize control of oil, the greatest resource in the middle east. Only when oil is in socialist hands will the exploited being able to rise up against the imperialists.
