Also did I miss the Qing invasion of Dai Viet reaching a resolution? Last turn Qing Invasion was labeled as one of Dai Viet's conflicts, and this turn it does look like the Qing still have military forces in the area; but there's nothing listed about the invasion under the Dai Viet's conflicts and there certainly wasn't anything in the World News about it coming to a conclusion.

Edit: Oh, yes, and I also have fleets that were apparently supposed to be finished in Q3 and Q4 of 1800. Pretty sure that's a typo and it's meant to be Q3 and Q4 of 1801, since I didn't even order the construction of said fleets to begin until Q4 of 1800.

Ill edit it soon. For now consider those boats built.

I mean, I don't really know about the society of early 19th century Bavaria to specify how exactly centralization works. *grumble*

Yeah, sometimes you have to do research into these things, and then come up with ideas....

The claims on western North America weren't updated on the map to reflect the Anglo-Russian treaty.

Oh, and for the record, having gone back and checked: the 1801 census was of Great Britain, not the United Kingdom as a whole. England & Wales had 8.9 million inhabitants, Scotland 1.6 million. Taxation records for the island of Ireland give a population of 5.2 million in 1801, making the total population of the United Kingdom 15.7 million, not 10 million.
