PROCLAIMED in the city of Tehran within the Kāx e Golestān, the Palace of Golestan.
In the name of Aʿlāhazrat, His Imperial Majesty, FAT'H-ALI SHAH QAJAR; the mighty and honourable SHAHANSHAH of Persia, KHAQAN, and SOLTANE SAHEB QARAN:
The Shahanshah declares to fellow realms that the Princes of Balochistan have freely sworn allegiance, fealty, and loyalty to the Sun Throne of Persia, as their fathers before them. The lands of Balochistan are therefore returned to Iranian protection once more.

FAT'H-ALI SHAH QAJAR; the mighty and honourable
SHAHANSHAH of DOWLAT-E ALIYYE-YE IRANHAS, KHAQAN, and SOLTANE SAHEB QARAN:
The
SHAHANSHAH declares the imperial battle-standard of
DOWLAT-E ALIYYE-YE IRANHAS raised, against the rogue
ZAMAN DURRANI of Kabul.
For Zaman Durrani's execution of Painda Khan, the chiefs of the Nurzai, the Qizilbash, and the Alizai Durrani; as well as his continuing refusal to submit to his rightful sovereign;
Aʿlāhazrat,
His Imperial Majesty,
FAT'H-ALI SHAH QAJAR, declares his support in arms for the loyal and just
MAHMUD SHAH DURRANI, that the
SHAHANSHAH and his imperial army may bring order to the east of the empire.
