Name: What this character's name is.
Faction: What faction they belong to.
Position: Where they stand within their faction.

Perception: How acute your character's senses are.
Intelligence: How mentally sharp your character is.
Charisma: How personally magnetic your character is.

These points may be distributed freely amongst your skills, up to a maximum of 10 in any particular skill. Each begins at a base 1, like so:

When in doubt, and common sense fails you, feel free to ask.

A few things I have to say, though I thank you for being brave and being the first to take a stab at this unorthodox character creation system.
Firstly, it doesn't seem as if you completely distributed all your stat points. You don't have to, of course! Just know that they're there if you want to make use of them before the game proper starts. But also note that, if you don't use them all before then, you won't be able to apply them after.
Second of all, it seems like you moved around the base ones into other things for combat. This, unfortunately, you can't do, as one is, again, the BASE level of these skills. Still, with more in your stats, you can probably get them to around where you want them to be.
Thirdly, note that, the way combat works, unless you find yourself without a shield, you'll never really be using dodge, but solely block. You can, of course, invest in both if you feel like it! Indeed, preparing for a situation where you may not have a shield isn't a bad idea. But note that only one is ever checked.
All in all though, you mostly did what I was looking for well! Just a few minor misunderstandings that can be cleaned up without any fuss. Once again, thank you for stepping in, especially with how different this setup is from what you all might be used to.
