8 Hour Workday To Be Implemented

Following the passage of new legislature by the Brazillian government, all workers under Mr. Percival Farquhar in Brazil shall henceforth be subject to a maximum of eight hours a day, with overtime pay being offered to all those who wish to work longer.

In addition, pay shall be adjusted to ensure daily wages remain the same, despite reduced working hours. No workers shall find themselves laid off or their hours curtailled beyond the legal limit.

Failure of management to comply with new policies should be reported directly to their superiors, so that the company may deal with it directly. Attempts to circumvent this means of redress shall result in immediate termination of employment. Any attempts by managers to disobey these new poilicies shall be met with the same.

Train Ticket Price Discount To Be Enacted

In light of the recent economic crisis, and in order to ensure business remains operational and afforable, prices for all tickets to trips under Mr. Farquhar's ownership shall be reduced by 25% of their original value. The change is effective immediately, and will be enacted in all those lines under operation.

No layoffs, demotions, changes to hours, or decreases to pay shall be made in accordance with this change. All work and operations shall otherwise proceed as normal.
