The main focus on these matters should be the expansion of the power gird, road networks, water and sewage systems as well as healthcare into places where they are not currently as we think these expansions will have the best returns on investment for our people
((Too vague of a request, PLEASE specify more on how things are to work)) ((Sigh))

I would like to request from the DoA the cost of expanding the water/electrical system [both sewage and clean] to at least 20% of the Rio Grande do Sul region that does not have either to a useable standard set by the DoA

We continue to support rural investments, but do share Comrade Vargas' worries regarding government corruption.

we question why you would worry about corruption. this is a non party source dealing with these findings and it would be non party scorches building these improvements. We don't whish to enrich our selves, we only care to help our fellow citizens

If you read Comrade Vargas' comments, it is not you we worry about --- we fully trust the Liberators --- but the creation of a new government ministry that you previously proposed.

Sebastião do Rego Barros, President of the Chamber of Deputies

I would like to urge the members of this house to come to some sort of consensus regarading this bill! We have spent too much time debating this propossal only to see too little done. If no agreement is reached I will move a motion to shelf this proposal.
