A letter sent to all capital cities to be announced on August 3rd

To all the farm owners out there in the mighty nation of brazil, In order to help with our goal of preventing needless human
starvation or suffering the government is installing a program where the federal government will buy large amounts of surplus
food from the farmers at a fair market price to be sent overseas to conflict zones as a form of Humanitarian aid.

As well as food the federal government shall be investing into the medical supplies field, making several factories for the mass production
of medical goods including high quality tools such as medical scalpels and needles along with other tools to the production of high quality
medicine and chemicals such as Amphetamine, rubbing alcohol, Morphine, Sulfanilamide and other sulfa drugs, Penicillin, Atabrine,
Benzedrine Tablets, Procaine, Tetracaine, Salicylic acid, acetylsalicylic acid, Piroxicam and other in demand drugs for both our national
use and international use with the goal of having any of these drugs and tools priced low enough that the average worker could use them.

The Brazilian Dam Project

The Federal government of Brazil is looking for international help in the building of a dam on the Paraná River [either
where the Itaipu Dam is today or up stream just slightly east of Guairá and Salto Del Guairá] in a style similar to the
Hoover Dam in the United States, this dam will both help with irrigation for farming and livestock as well as generate
electrical power for the southern states of Brazil. With this in mind as the brazilin people are not know for these dams
and dam works we lend out a hand for any and all international support and will be accepting plans and ideas for this project.
This project as currently planned will be 100% funded by the Brazilian government.

At the same time we ask that both Brazil and Paraguay open up discussions on the location due to this project affecting
both of our nations, while this is not nessceritary we would like it if all sides can come to agreement

Highlights of the monthly Presidential Announcement

The great nation of Brazil in an effort to help the starving and poor with in our nation presents
the following purpose to the people of brazil. As this is still with in the review stage we request
all comments and opions be sent by letter to your local government office so we can gauge if people
want this program

- A Basic grain parcel would be sold at a reduced market rate to anyone who whishes to buy this ,
with in it it will contain a large portion of the monthly required grain to support a human, cooking oil
to cook said grain, nutrients rich food to cover other needed and water putrefaction kits. only a limited
amount of parcels at 1st would be available, with the amount expanding as time went on

- In order to prevent fraud or people buying out these kits to resell all citizens who whish to buy these cards
will have to apply for a card, this card would allow you to buy these packets of food [a limit of two per person
per month] and prevent fraud, these cards would only work with in a set amount of space, with any major movement
requiring you to reapply

- While this program is currently not set up yet and still in development we would be willing to extend a hand and
help fund any other South American nation who whishes to put together a similar program
