Present Signatories:

United States of America
French Republic
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, and the British Dominions


In accordance with Article 31 of the above treaty, this treaty is open to the accession of any country which signed the Treaty for the Limitation and Reduction of Naval Armament 1930 (otherwise known as the First London Naval Treaty) yet which has not signed the present treaty. At present this applies to the Empire of Japan and the Kingdom of Italy.

The Empire of Japan will return to these treaty negotiations. We are doing so under the statement of protest of previous treaties. Previous treaties have sought to lock japan into a lesser position when it comes to ship tonnage. By continuing in good faith to negotiate these efforts, we hope the West will meet us halfway.
