Mulk-i Vasi' al-Fazā-yi īrān
It is with the sorrow of those betrayed at Saqifah that His Most High Majesty, Mohammed Hassan Shah, notes both the growing repression of the All-India Muslim League by the Syndicalist forces in Bengal and the amicable attitude which our Japanese friends now display towards those terroristic actors. While it may be true that the supposed 'Bharatiya Commune' has offered token gestures of sympathy to impoverished Muslims under their "rule", the bombing of Muslim civilians is not only deplorable from the perspective of the
salafiyya movement but from a humanitarian one under international law. This we condemn with a heavy heart but a clear conscience, for the onus of remedying this situation is on the hands of the Commune's "leadership" - a movement such as the Syndicalists, which promises a better day for the downtrodden and disenfranchised, has no moral grounding to launch such brutal attacks directly targeting civilians.
The Shah, accordingly, calls for an immediate halt to aggressive actions against supporters of the All-India Muslim League and for the Commune to practice what its atheistic ideology preaches, and begin pursuing avenues for the self-determination of Bengali Muslims. To that extent, should the Commune not comply, we will take the proper steps under international law to curtail these regrettable actions in Bengal, as an ethical means to protect our brothers and sisters.
We likewise, unfortunately, must condemn any and all overtures of the Chrysanthemum Throne -which we believe to be misguided as opposed to cynical, knowing Japan to be otherwise a friend of the post-colonial world- regarding friendship with a state that suppresses its Muslims and legitimate political movements so brutally.
