Mulk-i Vasi' al-Fazā-yi īrān
Iran will join our Austrian friends in recognizing the Kingdom of Tripolitania, and invite emissaries of the Kingdom to establish embassies in Tehran. God willing, the new government will stand as a strong reminder to the world of the triumph of constitutional monarchy and Islamic rule.
We also inquire to the Emperor and his ministers about the potential for an Iranian advisory mission to Bosnia, Herzegovina, and Croatia. As is so internationally, the well-being of Muslims within the Austrian Empire is a matter of great concern for His Most High Majesty, and in his mercy and wisdom, he wishes to provide voluntary instruction on the construction of traditional Islamic schools as well as institutions dedicated to the just and compassionate financial system of our present policy of
salafiyya, and the Constitutional principles it upholds. Furthermore, if it is amenable to the Austrian government, we would like to establish a bi-national commission on cultural exchange, opening offices for Austrian-Iranian Friendship Societies in Vienna and Tehran. Like Austria, we condemn syndicalism and capitalism alike, and believe that with our guidance and the benevolence of the Imperial and Royal Government, the dutiful Muslims of the Empire will become not only productive citizens, but ones working for the betterment of all mankind.
