The United Peoples of Mexico wish to publicly thank the Commune of France for the aid it has sent and which has greatly gone towards fortifying the Mexican Revolution's position in regards to the hostile imperialist power assailing it from the north.

The German Empire demands an explanation for the Commune's aggressive behavior.

We wish to call the Commune of France to Vienna for Peace Talks over recent tensions across the continent of Europe, if they are so inclined to seek a peaceful resolution to the current crisis.
