The Standing Members of the General Committee for Friendship With Foreign Peoples of the United Peoples of Mexico have approved by consensus to issue the following declaration:
CONSIDERING the pattern of repeated aggression from the United States government against the United Peoples of Mexico, this through a series of coordinated attempts to arm, train and otherwise aid dangerous racist criminal terrorist groups who conspire and act against the Mexican Peoples.

KNOWING that this recent pattern fits into a larger history of imperial plunder, the effects of which can be observed in the enduring presence of US corporations in Mexican soil which extract the Mexican Peoples' natural wealth.

OBSERVING that the past and present of Imperialist policy assails not only the Mexican Peoples but also the Peoples of Panama, who have been subjected to nothing less than a brutal military occupation by foreign troops on their sovereign soil.

The GCMF of the UMP hereby DEMANDS:

  • That the United States issue a formal apology for any present involvement in the affairs of the Mexican Peoples.
  • That this action end immediately and that lists of US terrorist contacts be handed over to the Peoples' Combined Forces of Mexico's High Command, so that action may be taken immediately to apprehend said terrorists and they be given a proper trial in a Mexican court.
  • That the United States immediately withdraw its military presence from Panama, for continued presence will be interpreted as a disproportionate aggression visited upon the Peoples of Latin America and an assault on their ongoing process of Revolutionary Democratic Liberation.
The United Peoples of Mexico are prepared to take any and all necessary steps to ensure that these demands are met, up to and including a cessation of all present contracts involving US private interests on national soil and a confiscation of their assets as reparations for the damages incurred as a result of the ongoing campaign of imperialist aggression in which the US federal government is currently involved.

Once again we reaffirm our friendship with the Peoples of the World in general and those within the United States in particular, and express our sincere wish that they may yet no longer suffer as a consequence of the actions of a criminal and barbaric imperialist government.

In the interest of peace in the Americas and the world, the German Empire condemns the Mexican ultimatum.

The reasons are:

1. The radical regime in Mexico has failed to provide any substantial proof that the United States has actively supported armed groups in the country.

2. Based on the history of extra-judicial "justice" in Mexico, this list of so-called "terrorists" will be used to unjustly murder, rape, and jail any citizen who dares disagree with the radical regime or has any connection with the United States.

3. The Panamanian government made an agreement with the United States with regards to the control of the canal zone. In any case, the radical regime in Mexico has no legal basis in making this demand, as they are not the representatives of the Panamanian government.

The German Empire asks that the radical regime in Mexico withdraws this threat.

French Empire

France likewise condemns the unilateral Mexican aggression, and joins Germany in their sentiments.

We remind the Zapata regime that in threatening the Republic of Panama and the Panama Canal Zone, it threatens international commerce, that of every nation and every people.

We likewise condemn this unjustified ultimatum, and will not accept any threat to the rights of freedom of navigation and commerce. The Mexican complaint has no legal standing with regard to the Hay–Bunau-Varilla Treaty, under which the land upon which the Canal was constructed was purchased for a great sum paid to Panama, nor have we seen any evidence of intervention by the United States of America into Mexican affairs of late. While Canada is aware that the government of the United Peoples of Mexico is a newcomer to the world stage, we did not think that it would be necessary to explain that vociferous aggression of an extremist ideology is not a substitute for law, reason and justice.

The United States once again allows the world to bear witness to the full extent of its commitment to American sovereignty through this shameful display of quiet subservience to undemocratic powers.

The United States of America responds as follows:

FIRSTLY that we have not provided and are not providing funding or support of any type to any organizations within Mexico, and as such must conclude one of the following: that whatever rebellious groups exist within your borders have formed purely in response to your Syndicalist government and you are attempting to place the blame on your neighbors to avoid having to acknowledge your own failings, or that any such support comes from individuals neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the United States government. Suffice to say that we find one vastly more probable than the other;

SECONDLY that we refuse categorically to apologize for things we simply have not done and indeed lack the motivation to do. However, we will provide a list of US contacts in Mexico in the form of an attached sheet of blank paper. We hope it will provide you with much help in resolving your domestic troubles;

THIRDLY that we refuse categorically to withdraw from Panama, as we will not allow the free navigation of the seas to be restricted by political considerations as we have little doubt you would do if allowed the opportunity;

FOURTHLY that if the backwards Syndicalists in Mexico wish to rail against us for supposed support of terrorist groups within their country, much as those charges are based in a refusal to engage with reality, then they may first find it instructive to end their support for the rebellious groups within our country. It would do them some good to shed the layers of hypocrisy;

LASTLY that this is so blatant an excuse for you to sieze the assets of US citizens that it really must be noted. You have invented the idea of us supporting rebels in your country for the sake of giving yourselves an excuse to steal funds for your flailing government, and it is so utterly blatant that we must question who you are attempting to deceive asides from your own conscience. For a government so loudly railing against “imperialism” you seem quite eager to practice it.

The United States takes its time to compose proper responses to diplomatic messages, and thanks the members of the international community who have spoken against this blatant and ridiculous declaration by the Mexican government.

The United Mexican Peoples are disappointed but not surprised at the US response to our legitimate demands. That a government that has in the past intervened militarily against American peoples who dared challenge US Imperialist dogma all in the name of "being a good neighbor to the American peoples" now turns around and openly embraces the military threats issued by European colonial anti-democratic powers would only be a surprise to anyone that abscribed any value whatsoever to the US's purported commitment to self-determination and anti-colonialism.

It's instructive, nevertheless, that the United States reacted in such a manner, immediately taking up the German false narrative that the Mexican Peoples have any interest in invading Panama, as is proper of a German puppet regime, and refuses to even acknowledge their own long history of interventionism in the American continent.

The Peoples of America will no longer be deceived, however, as the evidence is clear and abundant regarding US intervention in Mexican affairs and the dismissive and cravenly pro-Monarchist submissive attitude adopted by the Washington regime disproves any past, present or future pretention of US moral authority on the grounds of defending democracy, since it has sided with its staunchest enemies against a sovereign American revolution. Given the chance to engage with the Mexican people they have taken up the banner of Reaction: even as the financial crisis ravages the livelihoods of working class people all over the world, the US would rather show itself to be the puppet of monarchist regimes than to own up and apologize for its history of Imperialist interference in the affairs of sovereign American peoples.

If the US needed time to craft a careful diplomatic response, the peoples of the world must then wonder why this response toed the German-monarchist line so closely, and how then must the peoples interpret the continued US military presence not only in Panama but also in Guantánamo Bay. The farce of US "democracy" thus is lifted, and the Washington administration has been exposed for all to see as an obedient puppet government of anti-democratic regimes, in a shocking reversal and betrayal of the democratic and anti-monarchical Enlightenment values esposued by its own founding fathers.

The United Mexican Peoples formally invites the US State Department to reverse its course to lower tensions in the region and ensure peace and stability for all.

Addenda: your ignorant conflation of Indigenous Socialism and "Syndicalism", as well as your racist protrayal of the sovereign indigenous political process as "backwards", have both been noted and will enter the historical record of US Imperialist arrogance towards the rest of the continent.

First you invent US support of your rebels to shift blame for those rebels and to provide you an excuse to rob another nation. Now you try to paint us as another nation’s puppet in a halfhearted attempt to shame us into disavowing help that was not asked for but remains appreciated. That two men in an argument would work together to stop a robbery does not mean one has chosen to concede the argument to the other. It means only that there is only one proper response when confronted by such a thing. As it is there, so it is here when the nations of the world see your unbelievable claims and unjust demands.

And for all you claim the difference in “Socialism”, all we see is Syndicalism attempting to hide under a different label. In summary, there will be no deceit by us when you are already busy forcing blinders over people’s eyes.

Enough of this farce. You may pointificate and tell tall tales in Mexico City. If it is not an apology for these ludicrous claims and despicable demands, we do not care to hear it. You have escalated this; we leave it in your hands to deescalate.

The United States looks more and more pathetic in its growing subservience to anti-democratic plots. Is the US Federal Government not aware that the entirety of the natural and human resources of the territory to its north are currently in the hands of a dangerous bloodthirsty conspiracy to unleash war upon the peoples of the world?

Furthermore, has the US already forgotten its own storied history of anti-Monarchical struggle? Have they forgotten the Republican affinities that for so long tied them to the People of France?

And Mexico, for that matter: when, during the decade of the 1860's, the previous illegitimate "French Empire" invaded Mexico to impose an autocratic ruler against the Peoples' will, none other than Abraham Lincoln sent military aid to then-President of Mexico Benito Juárez. Will his successors now stand idly by while the newly-born republics in Britain and France are openly threatened by publicly warmongering monarchist plots, one of which is openly amassing its forces north of its border and loudly proclaiming its intention to wage war across the sea?

By skirting the urgent issue of the apprehension of the British so-called "monarch", the United States government once again shames itself and performs a complete betrayal of the democratic values it claims to uphold. The present administration would find itself at home with the traitors who tried to sabotage George Washington's campaign for independence, rather than with the Founding Father himself. What would Thomas Jefferson or Benjamin Franklin think of their nation's current policy?

While the United States government may have forgotten its own Republican and Democratic ideals, the Peoples of Mexico have not, and so we denounce the continued US policy of hostility and aggression towards the Mexican Revolution as nothing more than the regional arm of the worldwide German-led policy of anti-democratic interventionism.

Given the opportunity to walk away from standing with bloodthirsty war-adventurer tyrants the US has dug its heels in. The United Peoples of Mexico shall take note of that.

Edward Albert Christian George Andrew Patrick David Windsor has been charged with crimes of treason against the British people, with conspiracy to incite revolt, destruction of property, murder, insurrection against the sitting government of Britain, as well as conspiracy to disturb the peace. He is also charged with large scale fraud, extortion of public goods, racketeering, and others besides.

We should hope that the American government recognizes the severity of his crimes, and that such a person, who has voiced his desire to overthrow our government through force of arms, should not be allowed to remain at large and continue his plotting unabated. Otherwise it will surely end in bloodshed, and that is precisely what we wish to avoid

Really? He must get up very early in the morning to have accomplished so many villainous acts! A fascinating list of crimes indeed - would it be at all possible for you to go into more detail? What he destroyed, who he killed, that sort of thing. It would hardly do to arrest a man without exactly knowing what he’s to be arrested for, that would go entirely against the spirit of justice.

The very notion of conspiracy indicates that he has of yet not actually done such deeds, but plans to do them, and we have reason to believe that he is serious in his intent. Mister Edward Albert Christian George Andrew Patrick David Windsor has many accomplices and sympathizers ready to act on his behalf, so we decided to treat the problem rather than the symptom through attempting to effect his arrest before he can carry out his plans and many lives are lost.

If it is for the public good, then surely it is better to act now and prevent all the suffering that would be caused at the hands of his single focused obsession, rather than wait and allow him to bring his plans to fruition.
