After discussion, the admission of the above has been unanimously approved.

After significant debate and discussion, the Empire of Austria would like to apply for membership. We have come to the conclusion that this organization will not interfere with the institution of Socialism within the Eastern Reich, and will indeed support our efforts for a more egalitarian, globally-free society.
The Kingdom of Illyria of Croatia and Bosnia would like to apply for Membership

The Expansive State of Iran, being a sovereign nation under the munificent guidance of Mohammed Hassan Shah, finds ourselves agreeing with the spirit but not the letter of this organization, a sentiment that applies likewise to the application of the great Austrian nation, friends of Iranzamin and our allies in Europe. Verily, international communication is of the utmost importance to our fragile situation globally, but we find articles of the Charter to impugn on equally important issues, namely the Western-oriented ideals of the old order that still seem to be advocated for despite the rise of deserving nations to the international stage.
Nonetheless, it is the wish of the Shah and his servants to, as has been demonstrated, continue fostering goodwill among nations dealing with the threat of Syndicalism. We apply for observer status, and will consider full membership when the leadership of this Concord reflects the realities of our modern world.

As a sovereign nation, we have found ourselves in agreeance with the Concord of Nation's goals, and would like to join the organisation for the greater good of the world.
