NAME: Kingdom of Two Sicilies

Ideology: Absolute Monarchism, traditionalism, conservative, staunchly Catholic
Government Structure: Absolute Monarchy (some may say, they need to get with the times!)
National Leader: Francis III (son of Francis II, the infamous last king before unification)
Author for this Nation: Orago
Domestic Power Sources:
Specific Technologies: It is a historical fact that the Two Sicilies pioneered steam ship technology in the 19th century and had one of the first steam ships to operate in the Mediterranean. Since unification of Italy didn't happen, and to keep up with the mighty Venetian fleets, during the late 19th century Sicilian naval engineers designed what is the largest steam ship ever built. This super massive steam warship is armed to the teeth with French-manufactured heavy caliber guns. It became a feared flag ship of the Sicilian navy. However, since it is now 1936, new oil based propulsion methods are now common place, making the ""Giglio delle Onde II" extremely slow in comparison to most ships. Still, the utter size and fire power of this flag ship makes it quite deadly in the right strategic circumstance.
Defences: The northern border with Florence is fortified, as relations with Two Sicilies' neighbors have never been good. They are not spectacular fortifications, but the barbed wire, machine gun outposts, etc will definitely make it a struggle for invaders.
Economy: The biggest issue the Two Sicilies faces is its lack of proper industrialization outside of the military sector. The economy is still largely agrarian, earning money from food, olive oil, and wine exports. A lot of manufactured goods have to be imported.
Conflicts and Issues: Libyan separatism, anti-clergy sentiment, republican sentiment, Morrocan border tension, Italian tension, unhappy populace

Domestic Power Sources:
- Monarchist Loyalists: (Mediocre power, favor tradition and ensure the absolute monarch stays in power)
- Anti-Clergy: (Mediocre power, growing steadily, despise how close the king is to the Church and demand more separation from the state and the powerful clergy)
- Republicans (Moderate power, becoming quite a threat, want the abolishment of the Monarchy and the adaptation of a Florence or Venetian style Italian republic)
- Agrarian Dissidents (Moderate power, growing quite fast, disorganized regional farmers and rabble wanting a better life and more industrialization. Might be swayed to adopt a particular ideology)
- Libyan Pan-Arabists (Anti-colonial, Pan-Arab separatists that want to freedom for Libya. Some want a Libyan state, some want to flee to Morocco as refugees, most want to join their Arab brothers as part of Egypt.)
- France: (If France is still Bourbon, well it just so happens Francis III is a Bourbon too. So, in that case, they might even be full on allies)
- Holy See: (We're really good Catholics!)
- Morocco: (Border disputes, perhaps Two Sicilies even wants Moroccan territory)
- Egypt: (Border disputes, perhaps Two Sicilies even wants Egyptian territory.)
- Venice: (Their republicanism is a threat to our monarchy!)
- Florence: (Border disputes. Their republicanism is a threat to our monarchy!)
