The Commune of France applies to join. As per the Brunnen Accords, we likewise wish to nominate the "French Republic" as a member, regardless of their blatantly illegal status as an Anglo-American comprador-state.

The French Fourth Republic hereby applies for membership in the United Nations, as per the fifth clause of the Brunnen Accords. We hope that this application will be swiftly approves, so we may begin to give the French people voice in the affairs of our changing post-war world.

The Soviet Union votes In Favor of Afghanistan, Iceland, Thailand, and Sweden. We likewise vote In Favor of recognizing the membership of both the French Commune and the Fourth Republic governments.
