Reconnaissance footage from Russia

As many of you know the United States Navy has placed a fleet in the Baltic Sea. It's purpose was to serve as a base for an aerial reconaissance operation over Russia. Its findings have been...disturbing to say the least. As an ally of the UED I share this information with you now.

St.Petersburg and Moscow look to be in bitter combat. Moscow is in shambles, fires rage, buildings are destroyed, an enemy ever present. Russian tanks have been spotted battling massive machines, the likes of which the UED have not seen before. 'Walkers' have been spotted battling these tanks, they themselves are taller than some 3 and 4 story buildings. Furthermore, a large 'tower' has been spotted just past Moscow. Disturbingly, the US has one of these towers in New Mexico.

Also, a recovered diary from Russia reads the following:
“We have been fighting the enemy for weeks, but eventually they began to break through all our defenses. Like something out of my worst nightmares, but despite the horror we must cling to the belief that we can vanquish this evil plague that has ravaged our country. We are all that stands against them now and the Wall. They wont say it but the Tsar is dead. His train was ambushed trying to fleet west. The army now runs everything. We must fight on, victory now is for the Brave and the dead. But we must all stand, fight….resist.
As you know the United States follows an isolationist policy on behalf of its population. And while the US will not be able to directly assist at this juncture, the US is prepared to shift it's economy toward building weapons, so that we may supply the UED in a type of 'lend lease' program in an effort to build a quick defense against whatever is destroying Russia.

The response is...mixed. Poland fearfully accepts the idea already concerned as is. Germany seems on the fence but listens with interest. France finds this all too convenient and given the american desire to remain neutral openly scoffs at this. The British are grateful for info. Italy isint sure what to think. Meanwhile the Balkens states seem unsure how to respond mostly quiet with whispers to their advisers.

To say the first representative of the United States in years visit to the UED was a mixed bag was an under statement.

These are troubling news, and we find ourselves at a loss of words as to how to interpret the meaning of the words used by the US delegate, including those of the found diary.

To our fellow UED members however we will say this: These news are a strong indication that whatever faction or organization now exists within Russia has every intention to push past the Wall and evidently had no qualms about overthrowing the Tzar, which means that they will have no mercy to the governments of Europe either. They are appear to be well-prepared and organized as well as numerous, thus we at the very least need to consider the possibility of an eastern invasion with much more proximity in time than before.

We urge our friends in the United European Defense to increase combat readiness and prepare, in particular we suggest the delegations of Poland and the Balkans to redouble their military efforts and reinforce defenses as much as possible. Should this turn out to be unnecessary, we offer to bear the costs of your respective nations shifting back to a civilian economy ourselves - but if it is turns out to be true then it we will stand a better chance of fending off the invasion.

French Delegation: Spain has been a great friend to us but we are very worried, the Americans have one of these...towers they claim but none of this force is there. HOW do we know it is not merely a US plot? Or just a remainder of some old project by the US and Russia? Why does the US a supposedly Neutral country now have military forces here for a recon mission? You must understand we find this all strange.

Polish Delegation: While we do respect and even welcome the support of western Europe, your asking us to mobilize. Russia surely will see it as provocation if your wrong.

German Delegation: And what do we tell the public? Mobilization will get noticed, ramping up for war will cause concern among the people.

To the Polish and German representatives: We believe this can be masked as an extended military exercise aimed at testing potential vulnerabilities in our ability to mobilize. Should the perceived danger from Russia prove unfounded, then we can carry on an ordered demobilization - as stated before, the costs of this will be covered by our government if this were to be the case. But if it turns an invasion was in the works, we would be as prepared as we could be. The benefits of your countries being already mobilized - particularly the Polish nation - are numerous and obvious.

To the French and USA delegations: The French delegation raises a very valid point - the presence of the tower in the mainland territory of the United States as well as the recent operations by your military are cause for suspicion. However, we also believe this situation can be defused easily: We could send a volunteer team of experts to carry out a preliminary analysis of the tower in the US, while the US itself ensures the security of this team as well as full cooperation in this matter (which, should we clarify, is little more than a confirmation that the tower is as strange as it seems to be). This would prove the innocence of the US while allowing us a shred of understanding of these strange structures.
