Japanese report strange sightings

In northern Japanese waters strange creatures by fishermen have been reported claiming to be the size of whales. The Government has chalked it up to drinking or tall tales told by sailors. Imperial navy vessels state they have not seen anything on Sonar in the area when investigating. Also some have claimed to see creatures walking along the Russian shores but with at best distant sightings nobody has proof.
