The turns will be done on two day basis, and I will move it to a daily basis if you can survive this schedule. So I am expecting your turns in two days, that is on the 26th, to all of you who are wondering.

A bit of a heads of on writing turns and what action points mean:

Action points are a sum of resources, like manpower, money, equipment and whatnot, which means that action points are needed for big operations. now for small things like writing graffiti on walls, or sending some dudes to agitate people, or recruiting from a territory you own, or using news-companies you own to encourage people to settle, or smearing someone. Stuff like that would be free, no need to waste acction points on that.

Now if you plan to invade earth, that whole operation will cost you action points for using equipment, manpower, money and fuel and shit. Work at your discretion and allow yourself more freedom, if you have 4 action points that doesn't necessarily mean you can do only 4 things and be done.
