Garrisons/dockyards only in your territory under direct rule. You need not waste them in the earldom of Orkney as they will place their own. However you can garrison troops in your Vassal's garrisons/dock yards.

Napoleone della Torre should be the ruler of Milan presently, not Ottone Visconti.

The stats include "technology research", but I can't see anything about tech/research in the rules?

A few turns may pass before anything is added to the Tech tree, so I have not made a section yet. As soon as major advances become available I will post a section on it. I have not forgotten about it though.

I take it that those o us who signed up before the first turns were sent out will have to wait until the next turn to get ours? Not really a complaint, just making sure.

Hey scorp, sorry I missed you in IRC, I was actually only just getting back in when you messaged me and didn't even realise I'd been messaged until well after you'd left. Re: Durazzo, I assume you're taking dates from the wikipedia page on the city itself, but apparently the page of medieval Albania notes that Charles did have control over "Durres" - receiving noblemen from there in 1272 who pledged allegiance and arranged his becoming King of Albania, and sending huge provisions to Durres and Vlore in 1272 and 1273. The page also notes further down that after an offensive by the Byzantines in late 1274 (which hasn't happened since Dr. MoO PhD and I are at peace), Durres and some other scattered domains were all that remained under Angevin control.

If you still want a new city for my garrison to be based at though, I'll have a look again.

No Worries, I'll have another another look over these sources tomorrow.

Edit: Durazzo Remains in Angevin hands.

Yes, They are the Red Cross, with the White field on the map.

Alrighty. Just wondering, since I didn't notice it in the news, but then I'm exhausted and read the news quickly, so maybe I derped.
