A few turns may pass before anything is added to the Tech tree, so I have not made a section yet. As soon as major advances become available I will post a section on it. Re: Durazzo, I assume you're taking dates from the wikipedia page on the city itself, but apparently the page of medieval Albania notes that Charles did have control over "Durres" - receiving noblemen from there in 1272 who pledged allegiance and arranged his becoming King of Albania, and sending huge provisions to Durres and Vlore in 1272 and 1273. The page also notes further down that after an offensive by the Byzantines in late 1274 (which hasn't happened since Dr. MoO PhD and I are at peace), Durres and some other scattered domains were all that remained under Angevin control.
