There's one for COMECON and one for NATO, but since Hussam and Luc are the only Warsaw Pact countries with players, Dr. MoO PhD probably reckons they don't need a whole forum to themselves.

It's just that Dr. MoO PhD wanted to be included in PM conversations, which is incredibly awkward and made me think that subforums just weren't a thing technically (which really confused me).

6 months. They're divided into Early 1967, Late 1967, Early 1968, etc... January to June, July to December.

In late 1967 the Malian government rejoined the Franc Zone to gain economic assistance from France, so I think that would count as French sphere for now.

Just checking, is the military unit in the player state represent only land units? Or it also represent Naval and Air units as well? If I wish to recruit Air Unit, do Air unit included in the same military unit number ?

It's just an abstract representation of military deployment capability, I believe, in this game, covering all types. References to 'air units' in the rules are a remnant of different versions of the game.

Small error in the stats. Nigeria has two 'Conflicts' sections, and one of those involves Restive Kurds and Balochs, which doesn't make much sense in Sub Saharan Africa.
