Hey there! Can I take Czechoslovakia? I see Dubcek has already started on his reforms - is it predetermined what kind of reforms have already happened or can I take some liberties with what exactly I'm implementing in Czechoslovakia if I take over?

hey for at least a few turns I'm going to have to drop out, a really good friend of mine just got seriously hurt
and I really cant focus on this game currently with everything else going on in my life on top of that, once school
is done juneish and she gets better I will jump back in
