Although our nations have long had our differences in approach, policy, and the organization of society, Saudi Arabia greets Iraq warmly, her people recognized as our brothers and sisters in Arabic culture and the Muslim faith. Accordingly, we wish to invite you to the Organisation of the Islamic Conference, so that we, along with those of similar inclination, may discuss as equals a way to strengthen our ties in the face of threats both terrestrial and otherwise.
