Sebastião do Rego Barros, President of the Chamber of Deputies

Due to a clear majority, this bill passes, and is now sent to the Federal Senate for voting. This house would appreciate if next time the members of the Integralist Party actually took part in the voting process.

Fernando de Melo Viana, President of the Federal Senate

If there is no more discussion to be made on this bill, id like to formally entertain a motion to vote on this bill.

The Social Democrats (3) vote yes on the current proposal before the Senate.

We would like to reiterate the President's concern that the Integralists did not deign the plight of the refugees stranded in our land worthy of a vote either way; perhaps they believe that even thinking about the plight of non-Brasilians will taint their precious Internal Revolution they hold so dear with terrible sentiment for people not among their chosen group of favored citizenry.
