I'm sure yeah. Sorry about it being such short notice, but a couple of reasons have added up. The main one is just that I don't feel I have enough time that playing a nation with as much involved as China would be fun for me instead of just kind of stressful. Huojin recommended I play something smaller, so if there's anything minor Dr. MoO PhD thinks might be needed I might be willing to go for it. Until then I can forward the first turn PM to Aegis, if that'd be easiest.
