President Azaña salutes the victories of our brothers and sisters in your Popular Front, particularly the speed with which the new government has enacted laws and -if you'll pardon his saying- much-needed reforms for the betterment of the French people. As your neighbor and fellow in the fight for democracy and equality, he wishes to extend his most sincere overtures of friendship to your nation, and hopes that our historic ties and shared beliefs will continue to thrive despite the threat of Fascism and treason to both our nations. Together, the President says, we shall show the world what your M. Pivert meant in his declaration, "Tout est possible!" Everything is possible!

The French Government is proud to control to hold up the independence we helped give to the Dutch so long ago. As such, moving forward we would love to continue upholding their sovereignty. Moving forward, the Dutch peoples shall have a Guarantee of the French to come to their aid in times of trouble. As such we are glad to have our Dutch friends come and know should anyone come and threaten them or their colonies we shall be there to be the bulwark for their freedom.

A letter sent to the French president

As has long been noted some what begrudgingly by many people in south America France
currently has some land with in south America and it would be foolish of us not to at least
attempt to invite you as an observer state to our new purposal for intercontinental affairs

bellow is the purposed letter send to other south American states

In the means of the defense of the southern half of the Americas and the mutual protection
and prosperity for all South American nations in a world filled with troubling developments the
Federal Government of Brazil purposes the following

- A Defensive Pact between all agreeing nations where one attack on any Is an attack on all

- A council to be set up with equal representatives for all agreeing members in an attempt to better
coordinate our international and intercontinental affairs as a group

- Set up a join emergency fund that all agreeing nations pay into as to help cover any natural disasters
like an earthquake or major flood any one nation might face

- More open markets in order to aid in intercontinal trade and foster closer relationships

- An agreement between nations that all nations will come to the reasonable aid of one another
if requested and if the request is valid

While these are only vague points on a sheet of paper we do hope that you will agree to help lay the
foundations of hope for a stronger and more united Americas

as an observer you would be voided parts one threw three [with your representative having no voting rights].

I would like to know what you mean by free trade, normally that would me unfettered and as of present I do not really have the funds to allow such a move, but it would be for the best if you could involve the Americans, I know they wish to have a say in most things regarding trade. Again, we are fine with an observer role, as long as we have speaking role all the same.

by "freer" trade we mean reduced barriers to trade and we would also note that your rep would be allowed to speak any time any other rep would, just not vote on anything.

Normally we would strongly discourage accepting only part of the agreement but since this is a special case we would allow you to only have an overserved status when it comes to respensitiveness AS LONG as you allow your state with in South America to vote on this purposal, if they whish they can become there own entiney with in this council and agree on/elect there own voting member if they agree on the rest
