Hello:

We would be interested in exploring an infrastructure development plan between our northern regions and your southern ones, as was the case in the days of old when Mazovia and the Polish crown opposed the encroaching hordes together. We would like to see whether you would be interested in an expanded rail line and highway between Iasi and Lwow, where we will be expanding the industrial development (also with a stop at Stanislow). While we would be interested in a join investment of funds, even securing the right-of-way for Polish construction would be amenable to us.
