Where are the various military levels (rather than sizes, like, the air levels I mean) listed in player nation stats? Turn PM didn't have anything.

Edit: Just realized a mistake. El Salvador should be in deep unrest, but the Civil War doesn't start until 1979. So it should be removed.

Stats still seem incomplete - missing a lot of information that's mentioned in the rules like stability, military tech level, etc.

Sorry to all for the military units debacle, right now I'm busy and didn't respond earlier but bascially let's ignore that for this round and assume arming for first world countries does the job. It's mostly and RNG thing and the consensus is that I should sue less RNG anyway. It's a quick fix but not that bad of a problem in relativity.

We should probably have a "invest in infrastructure" option for non/developing nations as a counter to "invest in economy". Improves popularity and economy, should also be performable by other nations. Could cost same or not, whatevs.
