The Federal Records Center now features full bios for most members of Congress. Those marked with birth years as "19XX" are typically ones that you've used or mentioned in posts, so I've left them spare for you to fill in as you like.

If you're particularly unhappy with some member of your caucus, drop me a PM or something and we'll see what we can do.

Whipping of NPCs should now be far easier. I'll probably write up something loose sooner or later about what kind of voting blocs there are, but it shouldn't be hard to figure out some.


In other news, more posting is appreciated and encouraged. If you'd like bill suggestions, I'm sure your NPC caucus members will have suggestions. Otherwise there's plenty to vote on or talk about. And turn PMs to send, besides.

Proposal:

So I've been trying to do a Face the Nation type discussion between various politicians, since I decided it'd be more fun than just having a one-on-one. Then I figured, why not throw a few people together?

So I'm looking to see if there's a date/time some people might be around and free to have a chat like that. The last time a few people were online was for Luis Iwasaki's grilling by HUAC, but that'd be a good number of people.

If we could get a member from each party, that'd be great - which would be OYID for the Socialists, obviously. Anyone else free? I'm happy to have a couple of people from one party.

I'm thinking either something like this weekend - Friday or Saturday - or a little later on. Doesn't need to be this turn, but it'd be awesome. If anyone's free sooner, that'd be cool too.

Zar is confirmed as the Republican Neo-Conservatives. He's been sent all the information, and is continuing as Leanna J Freeman, Representative from Texas.

Snacks' biography has also finally been updated. I've had the full version for a while, but now it's all sanitised and readable. This marks the completion of me waiting on everyone to sign up, so good job guys :3

And finally, you guys are finally passing legislation through houses of congress. I'm like a proud mother right now.

Deadline pushed a little so I can get word from OYID, since he's dealing with some stuff right now. Also it'd be handy if we could get Presidential assent on some bills you guys have done a good job finally shepherding through Congress. And a Vice President would be nice too.
