Turns are out. Deadline is Saturday July 16th 2016 at UTC Midnight (the forum's standard clock). Any diplomacy not finished by then will be presented in the turn with the realistic explanation that negotiations didn't bear fruit soon enough to do anything about it.

I mean if you do get it in early on sunday before I post the turn then I'll probaly fit you in I mean I'm not completely unreasonable but do understand it's important for the good of the game that deadlines be scarce

I'm gonna be That Guy and say I'm sending it tomorrow, one because I actually want this game to last and two because this work week was absolutely bananas and I should probably capitalize on time for such activities like sleep
