So just to clarify what is happening with the Ottomans. The Sultan was in Constantinople and could not flee because of the Russian Black Sea fleet. He was captured. Since this capture happened at the end of the turn no provisional government is in place. Thus the peace by the allies can be practically dictated.

From July 30th to ~August 14th I'll be in Europe on a tour, which will be fucking great, but since the whole day will be walking with my family and seeing places, and etc. There won't be any time for me to play BoP. So, just a heads up, so y'all can decide what to do with Austria-Hungary
