Thi Vinh: Oh boy, I can't wait to meet our new alien comrades!

Enter Uncle Ho.

Uncle Ho: Not so fast, Thi Vinh, the aliens speak of socialist liberation, but don't forget that the French once spoke of liberté, égalité, fraternité! The Americans once spoke of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness! Where is the liberty extended to the colonized peoples of the world? Where is the equality of the colonized when the western imperialist lands on his shores? Where is the brotherhood between all peoples when imperial powers invade and occupy our homeland? How can one pursue happiness when oppressed?

Thi Vinh: Those are great points, Uncle Ho! The youth of Vietnam should always be wary of foreign imperial plots to undermine our sovereignty and national determination! We should never forget to respect the wisdom of our elders in the Communist Party, or the immortal science of Marxism-Leninism!

Thi Vinh: Uncle Ho, I'm scared. I hear stories that our so-called alien comrades are creating hybrid monsters in Bolivia. Surely Marx, Engels and Lenin never mentioned the need to tear out the human soul and replace it with alien machinery as a necessary step in achieving communism!

Uncle Ho: You're absolutely right, Vinh. Socialism is borne of the basic human instinct to care for our fellow man - socialism is human nature! We cannot have socialism if human nature is replaced, whether it be by alien machinery or the ignoble worship of commodities and the relentless drive to conquest produced by capitalism and imperialism!

Thi Vinh: These are really good points, Uncle Ho, but why then do our friends and comrades in Czechoslovakia and Paris side with the aliens who wish to take the soul out of socialism?

Uncle Ho: Our European comrades are merely misguided, Vinh. In times of great upheaval, it is easy for one to misinterpret one's own ideals. This is why it is important to always self-criticize and make sure your dedication to the cause of the workers and oppressed peoples of the world is pure.

Thi Vinh: Wow, thanks for all your help, Uncle Ho! I feel much better now, knowing that I can always put my trust in the purity of Marxist-Leninist-Ho Chi Minh Thought!
