I'm gonna give it a day or so to see if we can get a few more players. An Auerlian player or a guildmaster in particular would be nice. Otherwise, we'll get that all rolled out tomorrow.

Turns will be coming out later today! I'd still like a few more players, but anyone who wants to can join during or even after the turn.
As for deadlines, I'd like everyone's turns in by Monday, August 7th. If everyone gets their stuff in before then, I'll wrap things up more promptly, but otherwise, that's the deadline.

For the first turn and the first turn only, you may all consider changing the equipment of your units a FREE action, not using your personal or subordinate actions.

Not quite understand your explanation? Do you mean there is no limit in recruitment, as long I am using my one personal character action to recruit?

I mean you can only use a single personal action or a single subordinate action to recruit a single unit, but you may use as many available actions to do this as you like.

Noted. May I suggest a single action can recruit 3 to 5 unit instead of 1. As I am unsure about other fraction regarding their subordinate action point. Unless most other fraction usually have more than 10 sap. Then it should stick with 1 for 1 for recruitment. To raise a decent army still need quite some amount of action turn.

Could you set up an npc interaction section as currently a few major faction is control by GM. It will be easier to communicate there.

You're free to set up an entreat NPCs in such a way if you like, so long as you don't mind your interactions being public.
