Rules of Agreement

Any Nation that wishes to send Troops, Supplies, Money or Support MUST agree to these Rules of Agreement hence forth known as ROA, we here believe that everyone will think these fair and just and a step for protecting the natives of the Falkland Islands

1) All Nations who agree to the ROA also agrees that the Falkland Islands are rightfully British and that there right to self govern and be a separate entity in all but name and protection is also true

2) All International diplomacy will happen in this tread so that the native people [controlled by the GM] can have a say in how there island is ran

3) All international activity will be done away from the major settlements, if this is impossible then it will be done in such a way as to impact these settlements as little as possible

4) The UK government will be in charge of the military operations on the island with help from the Falkland Island Government, we do not intended to be involved in everything and will allow each government some level of self government while on these fair islands

5) The natives shall be respected at all times, any action taken by anyone to harm any one of the natives shall be punished, on the same note any actions taken by anyone to harm anyone else while on the island shall be punished as well [IE no raping or murder]

6) The laws of the Falkland Islands still applies to everyone while on the island, if one nation thinks a law is unfair then present your case in this forum and we will debate it

7) All forces being moved to the island or in its waters shall be noted to the FIT [Falkland Island Territory] BEFORE they are moved there in order to keep everything orderly. WMDs will have to get special permission as well before being moved there

8) The environment shall also be respected, any nation who agrees to this also agrees at the end to help pay to undo any damage to the environment and private property that they caused [IE the USSR wont have to help pay what the USA did, also its expected that a nation will foot 50%-75% of the bill]

9) Any new additions can be added on at any time by the FIT Heads, the FIT heads at that point will have to vote by simple majority to see the changes passed, currently on the FIT Heads are the following - FIT local Government, USA, UK, France, USSR, The Republic of China. To accept your FITH seat you must agree to the ROA, to add a new member to the FITH or to remove one of the past agreements takes a 5/6 vote

This is the current ROA, once a majority of the FITHs have agreed to it then it will go into affect

Although we view the British unilateral missile launch towards the alien-held territory as reprehensible in the face of the dangers now facing the world, we agree to these terms for the better utilisation of the Falklands as a strategic territory.

While the Royal Court of Saudi Arabia is indeed grateful for the opportunity to extend our aid to this endeavor, and to that extent is prepared to provide logistical and financial support despite several worrying factors, we must insist that a position of leadership be offered to the PGSA and the first article of the Rules of Agreement. The present effort of the Peronist government in attempting to reclaim their nation should not be overlooked, and while we reiterate our previous position (as well as our recognition of the British position) that dialogue on Falklander sovereignty is a must, it is more than foolhardy to reject the assistance of those who do not align themselves with the British claim to the Falklands. Thousands of Argentines have committed their lives to the effort against the Posadists, after all. To deny them a chance to fight for the salvation of their homeland on the basis that the world is not in entire agreement on what encompasses that homeland is insulting.

The people of the PGSA are fully allowed to fight for this cause under an international banner [no government support] and the only reason why we have the 1st statement is two fold - One is the people of the Falkland Islands DONT want to be apart of the PGSA and have made that very clear while the PGSA sent the clear message that they expect us to hand over the islands. They can fight with us and we would fully welcome them into our bases but like everyone else they have to agree with the ROA and with the message they have sent we find it needed to include the part about who owns these islands

The other lesser reason is if they claim that the land is there's and we do nothing about it then we run the risk of them attempting to either throw out the UK from these fair islands or breaking the rights the natives have [under the idea that its there people so they follow there rules and not ours]

Its a really sad state of affairs for all sides we have to come to this but we believe that it is needed so that the natives both have a say [since currently there self governing while under PGSA rule they would not be] and there legal rights are protected. Once this is over then we can have a meaningful talk but until then this is the way we will go

Note the PGSA if they agree will be given the same rights as any non-FITH member, if the PGSA dose not agree any member or citizen of the PGSA,or any other nation, can come to the UK [main island or one of our embassies], pledge alliance to this agreement and be trained and shipped to these islands to help in the defense of the world

[occ also note I'm giving them 100c worth of base just for them agreeing to this treaty, so its not like I'm acting to get them]

[also as a last minute addition the FITH where given out to the nations that would pour in the most money so they could have some say [and then FIT due to us taking there land] so its not like I'm ignoring them, it be like giving Hong Kong a PUNSC seat]

Pakistan holds the position of Saudi Arabia. Surely the possibility exists of establishing terms that will require acceptance and recognition of the islands as currently being governed by Britain and the local Falkland Islands government, and require a full withdrawal of non-British military forces before any negotiations over the islands can be conducted. Requiring the nations agreeing to the HOA guarantee that the PGSA, or any government with forces stationed on the islands, would not stage an armed takeover there would be an effective check on any danger the United Kingdom feels from the PGSA.

The UK after some thought would make a special provision for the PSGA/PGSA that if they where to drop there claim to the island for now, we would omit the 1st requirement for them AS long as they follow all other provisions [we will even send a few destroyers to recapture there lost ship]

As events have come and gone the queen and her government have made the choice to ban all PRC troops from the FIT, they shall also lose there FITH seat which will be gifted to the Republic of China if they chose to accept it. Any PRC units, ships or planes coming into the FIT airspace/waters will be given three warnings to remove them selves, after the 3rd warning it will be assumed that they are attacking and the needed measures will be taken to repel said attack and defend the island
