Revolutionary International Front of the Masses

The time has come for the revolutionary forces of the world to abandon their petty differences and internal bickering. The masses have long stood against the tyranny of reactionary and capitalist oppression and war. The forces of imperialism and social imperialism remain the chief enemies of the people, and will oppose them in establishing a complete socialist order. But these forces have been strengthened from without - a new threat that places all of humankind in jeopardy.

Yet we must never forget that these enemies, while they may be terrifying and fearing in appearance, must cower and yield before the people, in whom the true power to resist and overcome lies. We must now join in a global people's war in order to resist these great enemies. Such a war can only be waged by mobilising the masses and relying on them to achieve our ends.

The masses must mark the dangers of the revisionists as well those of the reactionaries - for in both paths lie the end of the freedom of the people, first in subservience to imperialist masters, and secondly and more chiefly, in slavery to alien masters. Solely through unity of goal and purpose can the people resist all those who would seek to set us upon the road to alien rule, and eternal ruin and slavery.

The People's Republic of China hereby founds the Revolutionary International Front of the Masses, and invites all socialist and communist parties of the world to rally behind the Front as a means to better coordinate and unite in our aims - to mobilise the masses and the whole body of our nations, to liberate the oppressed worldwide, and to throw back the extraterrestrial reactionaries and revisionists.

Be resolute, fear no sacrifice and surmount every difficulty to win victory.

Let it be known that Romania will be the first to rally behind the banner of the proletariat and shall stand in unity with the workers of the world.

After careful deliberation, the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia would like to announce support for this initiative, and will gladly join with China in the interests of protecting the international proletariat against the alien threat.

The People's Republic of China welcomes with open arms our brother socialists in Romania; steadfast allies and friends, committed comrades of the anti-revisionist line and valiant soldiers in the face of the greatest threat of our time.

We likewise welcome once more into the fold of socialist nations our comrades in Yugoslavia - long separated from the line of Marxism-Leninism by the forces of revisionism, we have long held Yugoslavia as a socialist country and a fraternal country. The time has come to help Yugoslavia redress its mistakes, through rehabilitation and self-criticism - that we may cooperate with them, not isolate them. Their willing opposition to the forces of social imperialism and more crucially, to the forces of alien collaborators and invaders marks them as worthy of such endeavours. The mistakes of Stalin, both in promoting big-nation, big-party chauvinism, and in expelling Yugoslavia from Comintern were great. But the time has come for unity.

Republic of Cuba agree to join the revinfront. President fidel castro will fly over to Beijing soonest to discuss more on the matters of alien invasion movement and the revinfront.

Chairman Mao will warmly welcome Comrade Castro to Beijing, and the Cuban people to this global alignment in the name of proletarian internationalism. It is fitting that so soon after the murder of our great friend and dear comrade, Ernesto "Che" Guevara, that our relations may be so gloriously restored in his honour. Together may we stand firm against the forces of imperialism, revisionism, and extraterrestrial threat.

The Soviet Union believes this organization is unnecessary. We invite its members to join COMECON. COMECON works to unite the ever growing economies of the Communist world. We believe with some reforms COMECON can serve as a defensive alliance for the revolutionary forces across the globe. Creating new organizations will only divide the communist camp into ever smaller factions, and we have seen that the alien invaders will take advantage of these small differences.

That the Soviet Union so fears the reunion and might of proletarian internationalism is of great dismay to the people of China, and of the world. We are attempting to unite the free peoples of the world behind a single banner. The Soviet Union would have been a welcome ally in this fight, but if it would rather stand on the sidelines while we march forward without them, they may do so. If instead they would like to set aside their revisionary modes of thought and join hands once more with the masses in the fight against tyranny, they will be welcome.

The time for economic quibbling and handouts from Moscow are over. Speak no more of COMECON or its like. Now is the time for man, the decisive factor in war, to triumph over weapons and ideology, over divisions and imperialism. Set aside such paltry things - for war is solely a contest of human power and morale, and by these means we shall unite to triumph over the evils that now afflict us.



Under the auspices of REINFRONT, the People's Republic of China declares its intention to form a People's Revolutionary Command - a unified command structure for REVINFRONT and for any like-minded nation wishing to join the fight back against the alien threat. To this end, the China will shortly be contributing troops to the Command for the establishment of the People's Revolutionary Army of Earth - the first military organisation to unite the masses and confront the threats we now face.

While we are not a nation of communists, Pakistan is willing to coordinate with REVINFRONT, in light of our proximity to China, in pursuit of collective security against the alien threat to Earth's nations.

We hail our friends in Pakistan as allies to combat the alien threat, and announce that REVINFRONT will readily cooperate with them. To this end, we invite them to participate in the People's Revolutionary Command and, if they deem it prudent, to devote forces and/or materiel to the efforts the the People's Revolutionary Army of Earth as it begins preparations for its great internationalist war.

In his SUPREME AND SUBLIME love for the peoples of Korea and the world, the great president KIM-IL-SUNG, in the name of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, now requests the permission of our Chinese Comrades to join the Revolutionary International Front of the Masses, in order to partake in the struggle against imperialism and any other threat that might come to the human race.

The People's Republic of China welcomes our great comrade and friend, Kim Il-sung. May this unity of purpose between we two win victories as great as those achieved during the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea. We cordially invite the Korean People's Army to coordinate and participate with the People's Revolutionary Command, which in the second half of 1968 will commence assembly of an international force to deploy directly to Latin America.
