As we have affirmed our right and rule over the island kingdom of Sicily, we still hold our title over the lands of the Southern parts of Italy. Those that unlawfully forced my father Ferdinand to abdicate now threaten the Safety and Well being of those who they claim to rule. We once again affirm our rule over those who are being downtrodden and attacked for wanting their own people to lead over them. The Republic of which it is called, is neither Italian, nor a true Republic, as for all its foreign policy and decisions must pass under the French rule over which a Godless Sinner stands atop. Bonaparte runs the country called Italy, and yet he himself is not truly Italian, he speaks for us as if he grew up in the Italian heartland, and yet he barely grew up adjacent to our lands. And Republicanism is not what the people of our lands want. Though he would know that if he was truly an Tuscan, or Neapolitan, or Sicilian. They believe they can force those under them to act against their own needs through fear of violence, and yet they call themselves rightful Owners of the Southern Italian lands. It shall be my work as King of Sicily and Naples to show that just moral rule must come from one given the power by Our Creator. Our God has been kicked around by the false morals of the French, whom as I speak, kills those People for which he portends to serve. It is time to show the power of the Righteous and Just, Long Live Our God, Long live Sicily, Long Live Naples, and long live the new Kingdom of Two Sicilies.

By decree from the Royal Court of Bourbon in Sicily speaking for Francis I, claimant of the land of Naples (hereforafter called Two Sicilies.) and the leader of the Republican Government of Italy and First Consul of France hereby agree upon equitable terms as such to stop the Hostilities of the two Governments for a period of half a year, upon the signatory ratification pending review in both the office of the First Consul as well as the newly formed Parliamentary Commons of Sicily.

Here for the movements in Hostile Armament between the two signed parties are therefore to cease and as such All movements by those Armaments shall cease upon ratification. Upon which a withdraw toward land (here marked as the island of Sicily and lands therefore agreeably found upon by both parties,) shall be enacted post haste. As such the area of Open Sea upon with the border between the Republican held Calabri and the Island of Sicily shall be marked as neutral, allowing trade and commerce to flow freely through it without either sides Interactions.

Furthermore, with the ratification, further understandings between parties can and will be worked out fairly when the time for the Cessation to halt has arrived, allowing for continued Peace in the realms which are hereby written in Signatory stature upon the completion of the probationary period of Six Months.
