Saudi Arabia cordially greets our oldest ally, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and salutes their struggles against the alien-Posadist clique. Likewise, we thank them for their support in the Conference of at-Ta'if. We do, however, wish to formally lodge a concern, as has been voiced in private channels.

The time has come for an end to European colonialism in Dar al-Islam, you see. We understand that the British have done much for the people of the Trucial States, but the fact of the matter remains that each day foreign powers rule, the forces of communism and sin score a victory, their honeyed tongues deceiving those who simply wish to rule themselves. Accordingly, Saudi Arabia -who has no desire for our brothers and neighbors to be ruled by Moscow, Beijing, or forces darker still- must hereby call for the United Kingdom to heed the concerns of their own government and armed forces and end the British Protectorate Treaties of the nine Trucial Sheikhdoms at beginning of 1969, two years before their natural expiration.

We understand the security concerns of the United Kingdom and several of the involved sheikhs, however. That is why the Foreign Ministry of Saudi Arabia, on behalf of the Royal Court, is prepared to offer full diplomatic and military support in providing for the meanwhile security of the region, in the hopes of negotiating not just a unification of the Trucial States, but a...cooperative council of Gulf states that may then partner with all peace-loving nations.

Inshallah, your government will find this reasonable, and we can begin coordination on the independence process immediately.

The Foreign Ministry does not believe it is in an appropriate position to draft a treaty at this time, or indeed that one is necessary, as our involvement up until this point is one of fraternal guidance and concern for our Muslim brothers in the Trucial States and our British allies. Our recommendation, as stated, is for the British government to simply nullify the existing Protectorate Treaties and consent to a limited presence of Saudi observers and security figures for the involved process, as well as the negotiations involving any potential successor union to the Trucial States.

However, should the United Kingdom truly wish for some sort of documentation in regards to decolonization, we are willing to serve as mediator. For that to come about, of course, the impetus would be on the United Kingdom to state their aims as to what they wish involved in such a treaty.

The People's Republic of China hereby formally rebukes the actions of the United Kingdom; domestically, on the wider global stage, and in Asia. The changeable demeanour of your national government towards the xeno-imperialist threat, advocating first for peace and inquiry and then conducting unilateral military action without consulting other major nations; your lack of firm commitment to the fight to resist xeno-imperialism; your deeply unstable domestic situation and wildly varying attitudes on all manner of issues; and your breach of good faith discussions with China on the subject of Hong Kong through the construction of various plants designed to separate Hong Kong ever further from the Mainland all mark your government as deeply unstable and untrustworthy at this crucial time.

We have attempted over the course of several months to resolve the status of Hong Kong with your government in bilateral talks, offering all manner of alternatives and negotiated settlements - and have been met only with your refusal to cooperate and obvious attempts to buy more time, while on the international stage you dither and prevaricate. China can tolerate this no longer. Hong Kong is sovereign Chinese territory, obtained by the unequal treaties forced upon China. We can tolerate this state of affairs no longer.

With these issues in mind, the People's Republic of China hereby declares that the British cannot be trusted any longer with administering the strategic territory of Hong Kong. At a time when the world is greatly under threat from extraterrestrial forces, we believe that your national weaknesses and irresponsibility pose a grave threat of their own, both to the integrity of the British state, as well as to the territory of Hong Kong. Further, with your own position so at risk of compromise, China cannot tolerate such an unstable element to persist in a location where it may pose a danger to the integrity of China at a time when the people of China will be devoting every measure of their efforts to resisting the alien threat.

We therefore announce that British authorities in Hong Kong have 72 hours within which to return Hong Kong to China.

Saudi Arabia denounces the reckless, sudden hostility of the Mao regime in Beijing. Simultaneously, we wish to remind the nations of the world who are, presumably, about to follow suit in our condemnation of this belligerence that those they are about to condemn are those who they so fervently betrayed the rightful government of our friend, Chiang Kai-shek, for. One might remember the proverb the Christians have about sowing the wind.

Look at the glorious People's Republic! They have spent more energy trying to reclaim Hong Kong than they have trying to counter the alien invasion. They engage in reckless adventurism while whole cities in South America are being swallowed hole. How can they claim to lead the masses when their actions are lacking? If the People's Republic is serious about their dedication to the workers of the world they will put aside these bombastic claims and instead focusing their energy on helping to save humanity in South America.

The PRC says that they have tried to work out a deal, they have said that we only have tried to buy time while in truth they have only given two options to the queen and her government, 1) Give up Hong Kong and let them face china's oppression or 2) China will invade and FORCE them to obey. The people of Hong Kong don't whish to be apart of mainland china and whish to kept there western way of life they have grown to love while china only whishes to ruin what has grown to be a thriving city state in spite and malice.

The UK WILL NOT hand over Hong Kong willingly, if china forces our hand and invades the UK will break off all military and diplomatic ties with the PRC.

Rather than take this up with the UN, the legal body in which disputes like this are dealt with the PRC whishes to spread its oppression threw ILLEGAL force.

The PRC claims we are unstable yet if you simply look at the news the UK seems to be one of the most stable nations out there, while claiming the UK is unstable the PRC is in the middle of a massive upheaval of cultural reforms that are unpopular with in its own lands.

The PRC claims we are soft on the alien threat yet we have come to an agreement to bring units to the FIT, which will work as a staging ground for an invasion, with that we are also sending 3 units and thousands of UAVs to help in the fight in the "Human Zone".

We call for the leaders of the world to pressure the PRC into backing off the issue of Hong Kong and the route there taking, as this will only lead to more international lines being drawn when we should be coming together as one to fight the largest threat to humans in our history.

Saudi Arabia applauds the rationality and compassion shown in the British initiative. Coupled with the talks of at-Ta'if and the peace process in Yemen, this marks -God willing- a new era for the nations of the Arabian Peninsula, one in which our brothers may eventually stand as united as we were in the time of the Caliphs. While the government of Pakistan likes to consider itself to be on decent terms with both the people of the United Kingdom and our neighbor the People's Republic of China, and wish to remain respectfully neutral in the current diplomatic row between your respected nations, we feel it would be irresponsible not to formally express our concern over the UK's recent decision to abruptly cut diplomatic relations with the PRC and to invite the KMT government on Taiwan to participate in the international council overseeing military deployments in the Falkland Islands/Islas Malvinas.

As you may or may not know, sir, the One-China Policy- a principle of foreign policy which both the People's Republic of China and the "Republic of China" on Taiwan practice as part of their foreign relations, is that diplomatic relations with one government require cutting all official ties with the other, means that when your government recently recognized the PRC, your official recognition for the RoC had to end. To now re-establish an embassy in Taipei would require the permanent closure of diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China, not merely coming back in three month's time if things smooth over, while retaining an embassy in Taipei. The problem of the United Kingdom- a world leader and figure of authority in the UN -switching its recognition of what government represents the whole of China within the span of less than a year aside, it is extremely worrying if not a threat to the function of the UN for the UK to drop its recognition of a fellow member of the permanent portion of the UNSC- a fact which will not change by the loss of recognition by the UK alone. We implore the UK to maintain recognition of the People's Republic of China for the sake of the UN's stability and credibility, if nothing else.

While Pakistan appreciates that the UK is under no obligation to allow soldiers of the People's Republic of China on the islands when they feel under threat by the PRC, we feel there are less problematic options that we would suggest- either simply removing a seat with the PRC's loss of theirs, or if the UK feels retaining the current number of seats to be important, considering nations or organizations which are or may soon be fighting the alien-posadist threat in South America such as Cuba, the OIC, or the UN for the sake of hosting and coordinating peacekeepers.

We do believe that your points are fair and well though out and we will think about them over the next few days [IE I'm going sailing most of today so I'm not going to be able to change it] but you must also realize that china has basically backstabbed the UK, we bothed agreed that if he where to drop the issue of hong kong for 10 turns then I would vote for him for his UNSC seat, we both agreed that I would start up normal relegations if we pushed back the hong kong problem, for him now to break that good trust requires major action, which we are currently doing

The "agreement" the British government refers to relates solely to an understanding that any resolution of the permanent status of Hong Kong would not occur for at least two years (not five years), while the British government - which had recognised the People's Republic as the true representatives of the Chinese people as early as 1950, sought to leverage their influence in the United Nations to preserve their imperialist rule in Hong Kong despite knowing the importance of the issue to the dignity of the Chinese people. Our informal talks had also agreed that the status quo would be preserved in Hong Kong, something which the British authorities have blatantly violated in seeking to build new power plants and desalination facilities to further separate Hong Kong from China and entrench their imperial agenda in sovereign Chinese territory.

China has been pushed to this action, above all, by British refusal to abide by its pledges and by its refusal to accept a deal that we had negotiated to resolve the status of Hong Kong once and for all. After stalling repeatedly before finally repudiating our good will negotiations, China can tolerate these indignities and betrayals no longer. We reiterate our willingness to return to a negotiated settlement on the issue of Hong Kong, but until the British government makes clear its position on the issue of One China we will not speak directly with their representatives.

China claims to have the moral high ground in this, while at the same time DEMANDING that the freedom of expression of the Hong Kong people be limited, DEMANDING that the rightful citizens of Hong Kong be turned over to the PRC besucse they dislike what they said or did while not providing any evidence to it. The original deal they talk about was an attempt to push the problem down the road so we could deal with the aliens but it seems to us that china is more concern over a tiny island than the survival of the human race....

The PRC has broken ANY trust we had, they have attacked our diplomats and harassed them for the past few years, they have broken the good will of the UK and then have the Gaul to claim they are in the right, they claim all they wanted was Status Quo while they sought to undermine it, they threaten to shut off water and power to Hong Kong, they threaten to block the ports with in Hong Kong and let the people slowly starve to death long before this mess they got them selves into....
