As with the proposal on Capoeria, the universal approval of this holiday shows that we do not need to dally in our duty as the Senate to consider this legislation; our time is better spent in scrutiny of other proposals, such as those that involve finance.

Seeing as how this bill is missing only the Democratic Party for all Senators to have voted, we humbly ask our colleagues in said party to cast their votes in union with the others.
