We ask the Mexican government permission to let German anthropologists do research in Mexico. For the benefit of scholarship, they are interested in the lives of several groups of people in your country.

Charter of the American Peoples Liberation Front (APLF)

The APLF is established as a coordinating body for libertarian organizations of the American continent. It's main objective is to unify and coordinate efforts in the common cause of defeating capitalism, colonialism and imperialism in all their forms.

The APLF is a libertarian common front that unites revolutionary organizations along Syndicalist and Radical Socialist lines. By signing this document, member organizations agree to begin common work towards a Congress that will design a common program and governing method and body.

APLF member organizations renounce and condemn any form of cooperation with imperial capitalist powers, and proclaim a new political doctrine for the region: "America for the American peasants and workers." Friendly association with libertarian movements from other regions is encouraged, but sovereignty will remain a central value of the association.

The APLF recognizes the Indigenous peoples of the continent as the greatest victims of a centuries-long campaign of capitalist warfare, exploitation, oppression and extermination. All member organizations pledge to work alongside Indigenous peoples to empower their communities and restore their ways of life to the extent that this is possible and with respect to every individual's basic rights. This includes social, political, cultural and educational initiatives at the local, national and regional levels.

The APLF denounces capitalist exploitation as the main reason for the ills of society, and so its member organizations pledge to work towards alternative socio-economic models for the production, distribution and utilization of wealth. This includes both the defeat, overthrow, and dismantlement of capitalist exploitation as well as the construction and defense of new social orders.

The APLF stands against all forms of discrimination along racial, gender, religious or geographical lines. Faith-based libertarian movements may enter the ALPF as observers, but not as voting members themselves.

The ALPF promotes the free exercise and distribution of Science and Technology as essential tools for the edification of humanity and social progress. Similarly, unfettered pro-people cultural work is a key instrument of the ALPF's mission.
Signed,
Elisa Acuña Rosseti, Chairwoman of the Political Affairs Committee of the National Congress of Indigenous Peoples (United Mexican Peoples).

The Guarionex Pact

Named after the Taíno chieftain who in 1497 allied with his former enemies, the Caribs, and even a few Spanish rebels to try and fight off the looming Conquest of the island we today know as Cuba, the Guarionex Pact is hereby formed with the noble mission of preserving freedom throughout America. The signing governments or non-State governing entities agree to the following:
The Guarionex Pact is hereby established as a defensive military alliance under the following principles: equality, reciprocity, sovereignty, respect, anti-colonialism, and anti-imperialism.

Its membership is composed of libertarian political entities that administer the common affairs of American peoples throughout a discrete territorial expanse, both within and without the State paradigm.

The chief military officers of member entities will designate a general or its equivalent from among their ranks to serve as member of the Pact's ruling council, where every member will have an equal vote to decide joint affairs.

A military incursion against the territory legitimately held by signing entities will be met with full retaliation by the rest of the members through any means available.

The entirety of the Pact members will also come to the aid of any American nation attacked by overseas invaders, regardless of the regime currently ruling over said country, as American solidarity and brotherhood will take precedence over specific ideological differences of the time.

The Pact members will coordinate to provide for the refugees and exiles generated by the wars in the continent.

Pact members will strive to ensure military readiness while setting the stage so that the blight of war may forever be banished from America.

Diplomacy and mediation forums and tribunals will be established so that member and non-member countries might arrive at peaceful settlements of their differences in a sovereign American way and free from the interference of the seat or remnant of Imperialist powers.

Every people's right to self-determination shall remain tantamount, with no member entity ever imposing its will on another, no matter how small it may be, with special consideration towards the historically oppressed indigenous peoples throughout the continent.
Signed,
Emiliano Zapata, President of The United Mexican Peoples
Antonio María Ildefonso Díaz Soto y Gama, Commander of the Peoples' Combined Forces

Greetings, fellow comrades in arms against the reactionary forces that have seen fit to try and undo everything that has been accomplished since the end of the great war. Understandably much will be discussed at the First Congress of the Third Internationale, yet we nonetheless wishes to approach you individually for a matter that we believed particularly pertained to the both of us.

it has not escaped the notice of the Chairman of the TUC that the Mexican government is looking for ways to develop itself and afford its populace the sort of prosperity that is promised by Socialism. As such, we would like to arrange a deal whereby the British government assists Mexico in developing some of it's reserves in natural resources. Particularly in rare minerals and metals. Would you be open to such an arrangement?

Effective immediately

Due to the regrettable belligerent course of action chosen by a United States government which continues to serve as the lackey of a series of dangerous man-children who openly and routinely threaten world peace, the United Commissions of the Interior has taken the decision to retaliate in kind by ordering the evacuation of all US diplomatic personnel, effective immediately, for their facilities are to be re-expropriated by community organizations and put to use for the benefit of the Mexican Peoples.

Regrettably, and given the clear orientation of the recent foreign policy of the US, the Mexican Peoples must also caution all US citizens residing within its borders to also make arrangements to leave the country as soon as they can. Since the US government seems set on inciting a military confrontation, in accordance with Germany's foreign interest, we can no longer guarantee your safety should hostilities break out, but you are more than welcome to sign up as an international volunteer and help the People's Combined Forces patrol the US-Mexico border.

The most cordial of greetings to the people and government of Mexico:

Today, we would like to discuss matters of Argentine state security. As you may already know, judging by your interference in the situation, that in the southern regions of Argentina, there exists a group that calls itself the "Patagonian Worker's Front"; a group of troublemakers and disgruntled citizens. They claim to be a legitimate entity and "government", while they're only merely a bunch of disorganised rebels.

Now, to the important part: your participation. We have found proof that you, along with the Republic of Centroamérica and the Republic of Chile, are funding, arming and training these terrorists. Doesn't it seem a bit hypocritical of you, after condemning the United States for their "funding of terrorist groups" in Mexico with long-winded speeches? Not only are we greatly concerned by Mexico's double nature (one of being a friend to all of the American peoples, while also funding terrorist groups that destabilise them and their countries), we are also appalled by its complete hypocrisy and continued interference in our affairs. We at the Ministry of Foreign Relations and Worship have come to a conclusion with the government of the Argentine Republic; we must ask you to please stop interfering in our nation's affairs immediately, and issue a formal apology to us and the Argentine people, of which you claim to be a friend.

Truly yours,
-Carlos Saavedra Lamas, Minister for Foreign Relations and Worship of the Argentine Republic

If the allegations of the Argentine Republic are true, then the radical regimes in Mexico, Centroamerica, and Chile have proven themselves to be threats to peace in the region.

We support the Argentine delegate's call for an apology. The nations of the International have once again shown themselves to be a threat to world peace. We demand that the International retract the recent inflammatory statement it issued.
