In the European section it looks like you accidentally left in the player action before describing it/the result.

* Make a bond issue based upon our seisure of abandoned factories, and secure these with the current and future gains from the factory seisure program. Implement a small fee on any worker cooperatives that form in these factories on any profits after base wages are paid pegged to the interest on these loans.
* The Italian government issues bonds based on the seizure of abandoned factories and secures these with the future gains from the program. The government requires the workers cooperatives to pay a small fee based on profits from their actions. However, since some of these workers collectives are anarchists they tell the government to shove off.
